Eligibility Criteria
- Applicant’s minimum age is 19.
- No restriction on an applicant’s gender, religion, or ethnicity.
- Must complete minimally the General Certificate of Education Advanced Level (GCE "A Levels") or equivalent.
- Individual who has professional working experience in their relevant field will be given extra credits.
- Applicant’s family's monthly gross household income is SGD 3,600.00 or less, or monthly per capita income is SGD 1,100.00 or less. Please provide proof in PDF.
